My son age 8 started vomiting 1/11/20 about every 4 hours, on 1/12/10 he vomited once. Two days later my 11 yr old started vomiting and diarreha every 15 min for several hours. Two days later my 8 year old vomits again - just once he was fine then. Two days later I start vomiting with diarreha every 15 min. Three days later my 8 year old vomits again and then is fine. He has had a mucus cough, but no fever, and he has a runny nose. Am I to assume he as a viral stomach flu?
