How can you tell the difference between morning sickness and a stomach virus?
You don’t usually get Diarrhea with morning sickness and this does not remains for a whole day.This means that you may feel sick only in the early mornig and later it goes away but with the flu you may run a temperature which may reamin for a lon period of time.
