Symptoms of a stomach virus include: Watery diarrhea, extreme abdominal discomfort, vomiting, headache, ongoing fever and excessive thirst, lethargy and fatigue and dizziness .If these symptoms appear then you are having the stomach flu. It lasts for 2-4 days.
