Can you drink alcoholic beverages if you have stomach virus
“Alcoholic drinks are a no no in case of stomach flu. Also no caffeinated beverages because they dehydrate your body and increases urine output. It is important to stay hydrated and nourished during gastroenteritis. If dehydration is absent, the drinking of generous amounts of nonalcoholic fluids, such as water or juice, is adequate.
