If my stomach has a sharp pinching pain sometimes but its not cramps and its not because i am full or hungry what could it be?

Pinching pain might be due to several reasons. Stomach flu or swine flu or seasonal flu might not be reasons to that. You have to analyze as to which side of your abdomen experiences that pain. Tell your doctor elaborately and get diagnosed correctly.
