What are flu shot ingredients
Flu shots generally contain dead influenza viruses in them which in turn are made from chicken eggs. Usually flu shots have thermisol, a mercury based preservative added to them. However, nasal spray vaccines, which are allowed for healthy people between 5-49 years of age do not contain preservatives at all and have weakened live viruses in them.
