Can i catch a stomach bug from the person i gave it to

It is unlikely but possible. Once you are infected with one stomach bug your body develops antibodies to fight the germ. Hence it is unlikely that you get infected with the very bug you transferred to another person. However the bug can sometimes mutate(if it is a virus).
