How long does it take for the nausea to go away in a flu

The nausea should only remain for 1-3 days. However if you are immunosuppressed it could last for longer. It all comes down to your immune response against the virus.

It usually takes a couple of days before the stomach bug show its effects. Diarrhea and vomiting could be the associated symptoms of the bug.
