Does a common cold make arthritis bodily inflammation worse?
Arthritis is inflammation caused by waste in the bone joints. In a person with arthrits, the body makes the use of heat to facilitate and bring about healing healing to arthritic areas. When you have a common cold your body has less heat and ofcourse this will tamper with the circulation. You should make sure that you drink warm water and take in a lot of warm soups and liquids.
