my 2 year old son came down with very bad vomiting and dirrhoea, which then passed on to my 1 year old son, which then passed onto me i was told it was gastric flu, but what i can’t understand is that we are a very hygienic family especially when it comes to food and personal hygiene, so why would we have caught it? thank you
