How does a gastro flu start
Gastric flu also known as Gastroenteritis is inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, involving both the stomach and the small intestine. Diarrhea is common, and may be followed by vomiting. In some cases, even when the stomach is empty, bile can be vomited up.Sympoms like loss of appetite , fever, abdominal cramps or pains, weakness can also be seen during this period.
