Gastic flu in children is potent to last from 1-10 days, depending upon what kind of virus strain has caused it. Dirrhea and vomiting may be the chief symptoms. When a child is infected with gastric flu make sure that you only let them eat clean food and pure drinking water. Feed him/her with a lot of yogurt and let them drink plenty of soups.
