Is it normal when you have a stomach flu to feel hungry but not want to eat?
It’s not wrong to feel hungry during stomach flu. Try to take food that would not get repelled by your body. Stick to mild food like vegetable soup, crackers, apple sauce, bananas and fruit juices. Eat such that your stomach accepts and you don’t vomit further
