Norovirus zofran

Zofran is actually a drug that is prescribed for patients that are undergoing chemotherapy. Zofran is not responsible for killing the norovirus. However, it can help combat the symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and stomach cramping.
