What foods can you eat when you have a stomach flu
When you have stomach flu your choice for foods is very limited. You can eat anything that doesn’t trigger the viral activity and doesn’t mess with your digestive process. Green, leafy vegetables, fiber-rich fruits are very beneficial. You should also try a lot of yogurt. Solid foods like cooked cereals, rice and noodles can also be taken.

This is not true. Do not eat Dairy, Vegetables, or anything with fiber. Fiber is bad. After a stomach flu, stick to BRAT. (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) Also lots of clear liquids, non-caffinated tea, gatorade.
