Stomach flu can it lead to h1n1
Stomach flu and H1N1 are two completely different things. Stomach flu is caused by calcivirus, rotovirus, adenovirus and norovirus and Swine Flu is caused by H1N1 virus. No in no case can stomach flu cause H1N1. You will have to be infected with H1N1 virus to get it.
