Reduce stomach size

Brisk walking and swimming are two of the main stomach reducing exercises. Jogging and aerobics are effective, too. Proper technique is a must and applicable to all types of exercises. Adequate sleep of at least 7 – 8 hours every night is very important to help in reducing stomach size.
