Are flu shots advisable when common cold is present
Giving the flu vaccine when there is cold present doesn’t matter. You can easily have a flu vaccine at the same time you are affected by the flu. However, it is recommended that you wait till the flu symptoms cease as there have been reports of the cold symptoms getting worse with the flu shot.
