Yes,Sprite, 7up or Gingerale. (Without ice) room temo is best as cold drinks can cause gas in the stomach. Partcularly since you don’t have any food in it. You should also sip some Gateraide also as no doubt you are dehydrated and this will help re-store your electrolites.
