Should i stay away from people while having the stomach flu

Its not like stomach flu can be transmitted by touching or talking. It only transmits through cough, sneeze, oral and nasal contact. IF you wear a mask or cover your mouth with a hankerchief when you come in contact with people there should be no problem.
