What we should eat after stomach flu
Once stomach flu gets out of you, you can stick to your usual and normal doet.but ensure that it is totally free from fried, oily and spicy items. Take lots of fluids to stay hydrated. Keep sugary food at bay for some more time. Easily digestible food is highly recommended.
