What type of food for gastric flu
Though BRAT food has low levels of nutrients, it can be taken for a few days till the symptoms subside. Usually diet can be adhered to provided it’s free of oily and spicy items. Food rich in high sugar should be avoided. You can take plenty of fluids for that would help in keeping you hydrated
