common cold is the most common viral infection. It is believed to affects more than 10 million people around the globe every year. There is no concrete data as to when the common cold started. It has been out there for a long time without a name designated to it.

Just one of those things you can’t explain really. There would have been many people having colds but not really knowing what it was or how to cure it. Strange that there still isn’t really a cure for it, it must have been around for a while.
