Acidophilus stomach bug
Acidophilus consists of lactic acid producing bacteria. This bacterium has beneficial qualities, ideal for digestion and general health. Despite inconclusive evidence, some medical experts believe health issues such as diarrhea, constipation, mucous colitis and high blood cholesterol can be easily treated with acidophilus. Other health conditions that can be treated with acidophilus include bad breath, acne and other skin disorders and certain viral strains.
