Can you catch stomach flu twice
Its not likely but is possible. You can catch the virus that causes stomach flu (also called gastroenteritis) more than once. When your body fights off a virus, your immune system creates antibodies to fight against future attacks by that specific virus. The problem is that there are different strains of virus that circulate through the population because the virus mutates. The changes in the virus make the built up antibodies ineffective.
