How does the common cold effect the health
Once a common cold virus attaches itself to the cells of the respiratory tract it alters the functions of the cells.As a result the activity of the cells in the vicinity is also effected. The cells that collectively function towards a common purpose is tampered with.This causes symptoms like chills, fever, congestion or the nose etc.
