What are some treatment for the stomach flu?

Stomach flu cannot be treated with antibiotics. However diarrhea can be controlled with a few antibiotics and ORS solution. Vomiting can also be arrested with antibiotics. However, antibiotics are prescribed only if symptoms are severe and with the aim of alleviating the signs.
