What we should eat after stomach flu
If you have a stomach flu it’s best to stick to clear liquids like water and broth for a day or two, then start with soda crackers and light soups. BRAT diet as banana, rice, apple sauce, toast and yogurt can ge you down. If symtoms last for more than a week or so, then you should see a doctor as you may need antibiotics
