What should i take for a stomach bug
You need to keep up your fluids to stay hydrated. heat up some water in a mug and add a couple chicken or beef bouillon cubes that helps to sooth your stomach. Its best if you could have fibre rich food it helps a lot. bananas, oatmeal or rice, hot broth, popsicles, jello are good too.
