What food should be eaten after gastric flu
The most important thing is to have lots of fluids and not eat a heavy food. Have foods that is easy to digest, like broth or a light soup and some toast, maybe some Jello. Plenty of rest is good. But if you are still not feeling better in a few days, you should see a doctor.
