Who discovered the influenza vaccine
In 1931, the viral growth in chicken eggs was tried and later accepted. This further led to development of flu vaccine in 1930s. However after this in the 1940s during World War II, the first flu vaccine was given to the soldiers in war. This was the first when it was widely accepted and used. Jonas Salk in 1945 developed polio vaccine that was widely agreed upon later in 1955.
